WELCOME!

My name is Stacey Carswell and I help elite and everyday athletes who are feeling uneasy with their current training plan (or lack thereof) to gain the clarity and power they need to feel LIMITLESS in their sport and life.

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer based in Guelph, Ontario.

I was gifted with a rare genetic condition which meant that for much of my life, most of my world tried to impose limitations on me … which only fuelled my (slightly rebellious) passion to learn more about the INHERENTLY POWERFUL capacity of the human body ... which I successfully did, and now I aim to equip athletes with that same powerful information so they can experience complete freedom in their body.
