MY STORY

With over 15 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Coach, Physiotherapy Assistant, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Certified Joga Coach, I can support both beginner and seasoned athletes. My training programs are designed to help improve your performance and achieve your goals while providing balance and longevity in every area of your life.

I was born with a rare genetic condition (Epidermolysis Bullosa), hindering my ability to excel as a competitive athlete. As a result of EB, sports involving the risk of falling or trauma were off the table. But, like all athletes, I was born with the “sports gene”; the internal drive and determination to succeed and excel beyond external expectations.

With energy to burn and a passion to move, I started training at a young age. Training became not only my sport but my outlet, identity, and passion. Throughout my journey, I faced ups and downs with health professionals sharing their ‘one-size’ fits all approach to fitness. I knew there was something more to feeling my best and so I began my educational journey to learn more about how I could help myself and support others.

I have learned that striving to be your best in sport and life requires paying attention to what your body is telling you, finding the right tools, and learning to advocate for yourself.

My passion is to support you on your own personal journey. I know what it feels like to not be heard or feel like no one understands what you are going through. To feel frustrated with your health and feel like you haven’t reached your full potential yet. I know what it feels like to suffer from an injury. It can feel overwhelming and isolating, thinking and stressing about life without your sport or your health.

But if you’re here, I know you are the kind of person who is always striving to find new ways to improve and be at the top of your game, whether in your sport, job or life. You aren’t ready to give up on your dreams and want a way to feel energized again, instead of burnt out and overwhelmed.

I know because I was there. I have also watched so many people in pain, but they don’t have to be. There are so many ways to be active so you don’t have to feel frustrated and defeated and I look forward to working with you, so we can transform your life into one that allows you to be your best self.
